Report a concern
Use “Something changed or looks incorrect? Tell us” on a product page to include its reference in the contact form. Select Product correction and explain the statement, proposed change and supporting source or exact model information. General corrections can use Contact.
Do not send passwords, payment records or unnecessary personal data. The form indicates when delivery is unavailable; do not assume a message was received without confirmation. You can also email contact_peh@productexplorerhub.com directly.
Assess the evidence
Check reports against original sources and reliable new evidence. Distinguish an error from a later product revision, changed bundle, different region or opinion. Qualify or remove material unsupported claims while investigating.
Potentially harmful factual errors, wrong product destinations and missing disclosures should take priority. We do not promise a fixed response deadline or an outcome before assessing the evidence.
Record the change
A material factual correction should update the affected content and information-reviewed date, with a concise dated note explaining what changed. Minor spelling or formatting edits need no correction note. A later product change should be described as an update.
Assess descriptions, articles and videos containing the same mistake. Keep the previous statement and supporting evidence in the editorial record. The site supports content edits; an automated public correction-history feature is not yet provided.
Clarifications and disputes
Do not turn an unsubstantiated report into a factual claim. Reporters may provide further evidence for reconsideration. Do not remove legitimate criticism merely because it is commercially inconvenient. Legal and privacy concerns should use the operator contact details in the Legal Notice.
