Can it connect directly to my Wi-Fi?

No. MEATER Link uses a second phone or tablet as a Bluetooth-to-Wi-Fi bridge. That device stays near the probe. The current instructions require both devices, Wi-Fi and a MEATER Cloud account.

How should I clean the probe?

Wash it with soapy water and dry it before returning it to the charger. Keep the charging dock dry. Follow the Plus care guide rather than assuming newer Pro-model protection applies.

Do I need an account to set it up?

The current MEATER Plus pairing instructions require the MEATER app and a MEATER Cloud account.
